Once your quilt leaves the studio, Wee Possibilities cannot guarantee how quickly the Post Office will process your order. On rare occasions there may be delays with the Post Office, particularly around holidays. If the tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you disagree, please contact USPS. The item cannot be replaced or refunded.
Wee Possibilities is happy to gift wrap your quilt in tissue paper and include a personalized note from you in the package. Please include this request in your order comments, along with the following: 1) who the card should be addressed to, 2) who the card is from, and 3) a message you would like hand-written on the card.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Wee Possibilities does not accept exchanges. Wee Possibilities does not accept cancellations on custom or personalized quilts.
Wee Possibilities does not offer refunds for custom or personalized quilts. Wee Possibilities does not offer refunds for sale items.
Wee Possibilities currently offers refunds (minus original shipping/handling costs) for unused quilts with original tags, if the return is shipped within 7 days of delivery. The quilt must be in its original condition. The quilt must be unused, unwashed, and not have any kind of smoke smell or pet hair on it. Please include a note in the return which includes your name and order number. The purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping. Return shipping must include a valid tracking number, and the shipment must be delivered to: Wee Possibilities P.O. Box 572 Bayside, CA 95524. A refund will be processed within 5 business days of Wee Possibilities receiving the returned product. Wee Possibilities does not offer refunds for custom or personalized quilts. Wee Possibilities does not offer returns for sale items.
If you are unsatisfied with your quilt or there is an error, please contact Wee Possibilities within 3 days of receiving your quilt and include an overview of why you’re dissatisfied, your order number, and any relevant photos. Clear photos must be provided if you feel your quilt arrived damaged. Wee Possibilities will review your request and work to make sure you’re happy with the final solution. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, a replacement shipment will be sent to you within 3 - 5 business days, or a refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
